Virtual Coach offers convenient, interactive training programs designed just for mothers. The
Virtual Coach has 4 main components: the running program (presented one week at a time),
daily insights (to provide continual inspiration and learning), a running log (with a live
coach to monitor your training), and a calendar (detailing group sessions, special events
